About Sivakasi Offset Printing — The Press That Publishes Its Prices

One hundred and ninety-one offset printers work in this town and 113 of them have no website. This is what we decided to do differently, and what we can actually produce.

In short

Sivakasi Offset Printing is the bulk printing brand of Winmaxi Holidays & Travels Pvt Ltd, a Coimbatore-registered company. We sell sheet-fed offset print from the Sivakasi cluster — MOQ from 500 pieces, 12–25 day lead times, maximum sheet 20 × 30 in, 4 and 5 colours per pass — with rate bands published before you call.

Why this site publishes numbers

Rentech Digital's April 2026 scrape counted 191 active offset printers in Sivakasi. Seventy-eight have a website. Thirty-six publish an email address. Of the 78 with sites, almost all make the same decision: they publish adjectives and withhold every number a buyer needs. Surya Offset — the best of them on product depth — keeps its rate card in a PDF, invisible to search engines and answer engines alike. Rishi Calendars lists seven calendar trade sizes and no minimum order. Lovely Offset employs more than 1,200 people, holds 3-Star Export House status, and has exactly one product page. The exact-match-domain rival puts forty services on one scrolling page.

Meanwhile the national aggregators that do publish numbers — ARC Print, Printo, Vistaprint — are resellers and digital shops marking up someone else's press, and none of them can quote a one-lakh-piece offset run. So a procurement manager looking for bulk print in India can find prices with no manufacturing behind them, or manufacturing with no prices. That gap is the whole reason this site exists.

What we decided to do is simple and slightly uncomfortable: publish the minimum order for every product, publish a per-piece band at named quantities, publish the paper weights and the lead times in days, publish the machine capability, and publish the point at which you should buy from somebody else instead. The last one matters most. A published minimum turns away enquiries we would have lost anyway, three emails later, having wasted a day of yours.

Press capability

Not one Sivakasi press website lists this. Buyers in this trade care about it, so here it is.

How we are structured, and why that is on the page

Sivakasi Offset Printing is a brand of Winmaxi Holidays & Travels Pvt Ltd, a Coimbatore-registered company at 9/5 Subramaniam Road, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore 641045. Production is in Sivakasi, Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu 626123. Invoicing, GST registration and contractual responsibility sit with the registered company.

We say this openly because in a trade where roughly 97% of the presses are single-owner businesses and very few publish a registered entity at all, a buyer placing a first order with an unknown supplier is taking a real risk, and the way to reduce it is to be checkable. A GST number, a registered address and a named parent company are the minimum a procurement department needs before raising a purchase order, and a press that will not supply them should not get one.

The same logic runs through the rest of the site. Rate bands carry a verification date. The industry statistics carry named sources. The cost guide carries a methodology note explaining exactly what the bands are and what they are not. None of that is generosity — it is the only way a new domain with no trading history can be taken seriously by a buyer who is about to commit six figures to somebody they have never met.

What we do and do not do

What we do

  • Bulk sheet-fed offset from 500 pieces upward, across thirteen published product categories
  • Publish the minimum order, lead time and per-piece band for every one of them
  • Structural dieline and paper dummy work before anything is plated
  • Multi-destination dispatch on one GST invoice with a packing list per address
  • Export through Tuticorin and Chennai on FOB or CIF terms, with a pre-production sample first
  • Tell you when a job belongs on a digital press instead, before quoting it

What we do not do

  • Short runs. Under 500 pieces a plate-based press is the wrong tool and we will say so
  • Retail orders. Three hundred wedding cards for your own wedding belongs at a card shop
  • Full design from a brief. We do prepress properly; we do not pretend to be a design studio
  • Author panchangam or almanac data. We typeset and proof what you nominate
  • Certify regulatory content. We check that mandatory elements are present and legible; we do not sign them off
  • Quote a rate for six months against unnamed paper. Nobody honest can
500 pcsLowest published minimum, calendars and diaries
20 × 30 inMaximum press sheet, 4 or 5 colours per pass
1.2 croreApproximate monthly impressions across the floor

The network this site belongs to

Winmaxi Holidays & Travels Pvt Ltd operates a small group of independent niche websites, of which this is the only manufacturing and industrial B2B property. The others are travel and services businesses and have nothing to do with printing; we mention the relationship because a shared parent is the kind of thing a buyer should be able to find out rather than discover later.

Practically, what it means for you is that this site is run by people who treat a website as an operating asset rather than as a brochure — which is why the rate tables carry review dates, why the industry statistics carry sources, and why the sitemap and structured data are built properly. In a cluster where 113 of 191 presses are not findable online at all, that is the actual competitive position. The industry guide sets out the full picture of what this town makes and why.

Questions we answer daily

Who is behind Sivakasi Offset Printing?

It is the bulk printing brand of Winmaxi Holidays & Travels Pvt Ltd, a Coimbatore-registered company at 9/5 Subramaniam Road, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore 641045. Production is in Sivakasi, Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu 626123. Invoicing, GST registration and contractual responsibility sit with the registered company.

Why do you publish your prices when no other Sivakasi press does?

Because a published minimum and a published band save a day of the buyer's time and a day of ours. Of 191 offset printers in Sivakasi, 78 have a website and almost none publish a rate or a minimum. A new domain with no trading history cannot win a procurement decision on adjectives.

What can your press actually produce?

Sheet-fed multicolour offset, 4 and 5 colours per pass, maximum sheet 20 × 30 in, roughly 1.2 crore impressions a month across the floor, paper from 58 GSM maplitho to 400 GSM duplex, with lamination, spot UV, foil, emboss, die-cutting and every common binding method. Specialist processes are job-worked within the cluster.

Do you actually own the press, or are you a broker?

We sell ex-factory from the Sivakasi cluster and we quote from the press floor rather than adding a layer to someone else's quotation. Where a job needs flexo, rotogravure, laser cutting or hand-finishing, that work is job-worked to specialists within the cluster — which is how every press in Sivakasi operates, and we would rather say so than imply a floor that does everything.

Will you tell me if I should buy elsewhere?

Yes, routinely. Under 500 pieces for calendars, diaries and books, 1,000 for brochures, 2,000 for cartons and 5,000 for notebooks, digital printing is genuinely cheaper and we say so in the first reply. We have turned down reprints on that basis and won the next six titles from the same publisher.

Are you GST registered?

Yes. Every order is invoiced by a GST-registered company with GST shown as its own line, so corporate, institutional and tender buyers can claim input credit. Printed matter such as calendars, diaries, brochures and labels is classified under HSN 4911 within chapter 49.

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Yes. A digital proof is free and comes within 1 working day of clean artwork. An unprinted paper dummy — correct paper, correct extent, correct spine width — is free and dispatched in 2–3 days. A printed hard proof is chargeable at cost. On export orders a pre-production sample goes by courier before a container is booked.
